Dr. Rajeshwari Ganesh has been practicing Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics in Mumbai for more than a decade. At all the centers she is associated with, her work involves performing detailed developmental assessments, extended medical evaluations, diagnosing developmental and behavioral disorders, counseling families regarding various aspects of these conditions, directing them to the appropriate therapists, and monitoring the child's progress through intervention programs.

As part of her clinical assessment, she regularly administers internationally recognized developmental assessment tools, including the Capute Scales, Amiel Tison Scales, PEP (Psycho Educational Profile for Autism), Early Start Denver Model Curriculum for Autism, Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS), and neurodevelopmental assessments such as PEER, PEERAMID, and PEEX2.

Dr. Rajeshwari Ganesh is among the few professionals in India certified to administer the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), widely regarded as the gold standard for diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is also certified to administer the Bayley Scales, another internationally accepted gold standard for evaluating developmental disorders in infants and young children.

Her key areas of expertise include planning individualized intervention services for children with autism through parental empowerment and training, as well as developmental assessment and follow-up care of preterm and high-risk NICU infants.

She conducts a High-Risk Neonatal Surveillance and Monitoring Program at Surya Hospital, a tertiary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Hospital in Mumbai. The program involves comprehensive developmental assessments, timely referrals to therapy services whenever required, and continuous parent counseling. It is one of the few dedicated developmental screening programs in Mumbai focused on early identification and intervention for high-risk children.

Dr. Rajeshwari Ganesh also regularly conducts workshops and educational sessions for teachers, parents, and allied healthcare professionals on child development, developmental disorders, early intervention, and behavioral health.
